MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
Position Summary
The Managing Director of Consulting is responsible for leading Openfields consulting team in delivering outstanding professional services for our clients. The Managing Director will serve clients directly as a relationship manager and consultant, providing executive-level services including coaching / advising, strategic planning, board and team facilitation, and additional professional services they bring and/or desire to develop. The Managing Director will also be responsible for leading and developing Openfields team of consultants, elevating them as social impact agents and elevating the quality of their collective work.
+ 15+ years of experience (Related experience includes consulting, executive leadership, philanthropy, strategic planning)
+ Experience working with a top consulting or professional services firm
+ Desire to translate professional service expertise into social impact settings
+ Team management
Status: FTE, reporting to the CEO/COO
Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000
Preferred Location: Greenville, SC and/or within easy driving distance (Asheville, Charlotte)
Timing: Hire in 2023
